If we have installed your air conditioning then we will automatically offer a full warranty which is enforced by regular maintenance undertaken by ourselves.
If you already have air conditioning then we can also offer maintenance and call out services for your equipment. We have a comprehensive range of packages to suit your needs so you can depend on us to ensure your air conditioning is always of benefit.
Silver Maintenance Package
- 3 x maintenance visits per year
- Call outs chargeable - costs fixed for 2 years
- Attendance to call outs within 24 hours
- Maintenance costs fixed for two years
This package provides you with regular planned maintenance for your system, reducing the chances of faults occurring between visits. As a regular maintenance customer you will always be priorities for call outs over new customers, a must when its hot! We can provide you with a quotation over the telephone for this, or alternatively click here to view of scale of costs.

Gold Maintenance Package

- Extended call out service 8am - 10pm weekdays, 8am - 2pm weekends
- Guaranteed same day attendance to call outs
- All labour costs included, parts only chargeable
- Prices fixed for two years
This package gives you the benefit of out-of-hours cover when you need it for emergency breakdowns and same day attendance to all standard call outs. With labour and call out costs built into our fixed quotation you will only ever pay for replacement parts should a breakdown occur. You will also be able to accurately plan your future costs with our prices fixed for 2 years. A site visit is not required to provide this quotation but we will need to discuss your needs in detail on the phone beforehand.
Platinum Maintenance Package
- 4 x maintenance visits per year
- 24/7, 365 day call out service for emergencies
- Guaranteed 4 hour priority attendance to call outs
- Full parts and labour warranty covered
- Prices fixed for 3 years
This package really does cover all your costs for air conditioning, there will be NO ADDITIONAL COSTS for your air conditioning systems. Having conducted a full survey of the equipment we will provide you a fixed monthly cost which will cover all the maintenance visits, unlimited call outs, repairs, labor and replacement parts. You will also be able to forecast costs for the next 3 years with 100% fixed costs.
