Silver Service

• 2, 3 or 4 (depending on your needs) planned maintenance visits per year
• All costs fixed for 2 years

We will attend call outs and undertake repairs as and when required, these additional works will be quoted for in advance of any work taking place and are chargeable.

Gold Service

• 2, 3 or 4 (depending on your needs) planned maintenance visits per year
• Unlimited call outs included*
• Replacement parts chargeable
• All costs fixed for 2 years

This package works if you want firm control of your budget as the only unforeseen costs would be for repairs/replacement parts if needed.

Platinum Service

• 4 planned visits per year
• Unlimited call outs*
• All repairs
• All replacement parts & components
• All costs fixed for 2 years

This package covers everything and gives you complete control of your costs for 2 years. With the platinum service there are never any unexpected costs.

* Call outs are guaranteed to be attended within 24 hours, same day if before 12 noon.
